Ever since we’ve been playing with OgoBILD’s stop motion animation movie making, we’ve been getting inspiration from other videos and movies, in particular the behind the scene movie making action required.
The Oxford Dictionary defines stop motion animation as A cinematographic technique whereby the camera is repeatedly stopped and started, for example to give animated figures the impression of movement.
As we’ve learned from our new stop motion animation software, even kids can make these movies!

Teachers, you’ll find good information for teaching how to make stop motion movies on this website – I like that it includes storyboarding and character development! And here’s a lesson plan I found on Microsoft Educator Network and this one on 9Dots.
Also, search out film camps in your area – there are often film camps on stop motion movie making.
