ENDED Let’s Get Ready for Kindergarten
05 Dec | 8 Comments »Congratulations to Lissa! Random.org picked you as the winner.
Is your child ready for kindergarten?
Compared with our own kindergarten experience, kindergarten is much more advanced. Stacey Kannenberg, a mom and entrepreneur, wanted parents to know what their kids should know to be ready for their kindergarten year.
Kannenberg’s book, Let’s Get Ready For Kindergarten, is a great resource. It also is available in a bilingual English and Spanish version. Not only that, she has another book called, Let’s Get Ready For First Grade.
Do you want to win one of these three books? Go to Kannenberg’s website and learn about each title. Then, leave a comment with which book you’d like to win. Contest runs until midnight December 10, 2009.
Thank you to Stacey Kannenberg for my review copies and gifting an Imagination Soup reader with a book. It’s a must-have for any preschool parent.

Great job Melissa with all the recent postings!
“Let’s Get Ready for Kindergarten” looks fun!
I was just asked tonight if I was getting Kip ready for Kindergarten. I said, ya sure…thinking to myself, he can count and spell his name, is there more???? I would love the ‘get ready for kinder’ book.
I SO want the Spanish/English version of “Let’s get ready for Kindergarten”! What an awesome idea.
would love to have the Spanish version of the Kindergarten book–I have so many moms that would benefit from this and my Spanish is.. uummm. . .not so bueno. This would make it more believable.
Let’s Get Ready For Kindergarten – I’d love to give one as a gift to my daughter’s 4K teacher. The books are a wonderful resource to share with parents that are looking for ways to enhance home education. Some of the kids in my daughter’s class don’t even know what letter their name starts with!
I’d love “Let’s Get Ready for Kindergarten!” My son starts K next year.
The Kindergarten book would be a great resource.
