Hello Melissa! It made me smile to see you wanted to compile a list of wholesome books without the sass! I always disliked those when my kids were little. Now that they are older, I finally had time to write books I would have loved to find. I hope you’ll consider The Frost Wings, a new chapter book series for kids ages 6-8 that feature fairies, animals, and adventure in the Arctic. It has absolutely zero sass. 🙂 I would also be happy to send you a copy of the books in this series. Thank you for your consideration!
