Emily,
Your toddler (3 year old) should be at least 80% intelligible (understood) by those outside of your family. If he/she has MANY sounds in error, then I wouldn&#039;t wait. A sound or two that is in the developmental range is fine to wait on. :)  Glad this gave you some comfort though.]]></description>
