yes, the cameras marketed to kids are worthless – I think any of the digital cameras by Canon or Nikon are great. I found several on Amazon for around $100 –

I remember a past post where you said don’t bother with kid cameras. Do you have an inexpensive, durable digital camera you’d recommend for a 5-8 year old?

I really like this idea. I might use this to help with a dummy for a PB idea. Otherwise, I’ll save it for my son when he gets ready to take pictures.
