Hi there! I have been searching for some research on the benefits of reading easy books. As a teacher, I’ve had a lot of parents who are resistant to letting their kids read something that isn’t on “their level.” Do you have any sources for this information? From my experience, I 100% agree with it, but I would just love to back my ideas up with something a little more solid.

My son LOVES books as well! Reading to them is such a fun and helpful thing for them. It really helps them learn, and is a great bonding time for us too. Teaching them to love books will help them in their future, even with this technology.
