Learning Valentine’s Day Crafts
01 Feb | 3 Comments »Valentine’s Day learning? Yup, I love Valentine’s Day crafts so I figured out a way to make crafts a learning experience.
How, you ask? Read on, my friends.
4- 7 year olds: LETTERS and SPELLING: Get out your old magazines and cut out big letter for this cutting and gluing home-made Valentine’s Day card craft.
7 – 10 year olds: SEQUENCING: Print out a craft. White out the order. Cut up the directions into different strips of paper. Mix up and give to your children. Have them read through the steps and try to put the directions back in order!! Then, do the craft.
Cool, huh?
Try these paper collage heart boughs from Kids Craft Weekly. (#3)
Or make a Valentine’s notebook from Kaboose.
And, these chocolate kiss mice from Amazing Moms look yummy and cute.
I bet you have some good ideas to share with us. What are you doing for Valentine’s Day to make learning fun? Or to make crafting learning?
